Dear Bert, I would like to take this opportunity to express my greatest compliments to the fantastic team of people who, on behalf of your company, helped us over the past two days with an extremely enjoyable and, thanks to them, well-prepared move that I had been dreading for weeks. They dedicated themselves to the job with so much personal commitment and attention that it was a real treat for us. It felt like teamwork without us feeling like we were cutting corners when in reality they took everything out of our hands. We only had to point out where they needed to go and they worked so fast that the two of us were even busy doing it. Just imagine how they struggled to help us get from the old house to the new one.
