The initial contact was fine and a move at short notice even proved possible. In consultation with Ooms, many things were possible. They thought along, were flexible and independent. We were quite apprehensive about the move, but with "the men from Ooms" it was a relaxed job. Everything was moved neatly and quickly to the fourth floor, without any problems and without breaking anything... We can recommend Ooms to everyone!

Good preparatory conversation, after which, on the agreed date and time, everything was quickly and conveniently loaded for temporary storage in Hoorn. (On special request another stopover to bring just that one piece of furniture somewhere else.... without any problems!). Everything delivered neatly and tidily to our new home a few weeks later. On the floor where we wanted it ... highly recommended! Nice, friendly and thoughtful staff ... thanks for taking this worry away!

On 6 Feb 2018, we moved from Zwaag to the city centre in Hoorn.

In 4 hours everything in the wagon. In 3 hours everything out of the wagon in the new house. Without any worries. I can recommend it to everyone. The 3 gentlemen worked hard and were very friendly.

Appointment exactly as agreed: on time the moving van was at the door. A pleasant introductory conversation followed. Cupboard and beds were expertly dismantled and reassembled at the new address. We are extremely satisfied with how Ooms moved us. Highly recommended for future customers.

During the only 3 snow days of 2017, our move was scheduled. The men were a rock in snow, ice and rain. What could have been a horror move turned out to be a pleasant experience! Fast, skilled, inventive and without any damage to anything ! In short: TOP!
